摘要
在回转窑内对含铟0.046%、铁50%的铟铁渣进行还原挥发。结果表明,当铟铁渣粒度为-3mm,粒煤配入比例30%,进料速度200kg/h,窑体转速3r/min,挥发温度1 250℃,空气系数1.1时,铟挥发率达到67.56%。
~The indium-rich zinc acid-leaching residue with 0. 046 % of indium and 50 % of iron was reductive-ly volatilized in a rotary furnace. The results indicate that the evaporation rate of indium can reach 67.56% under the conditions including particle size of In-Fe slag of -3 mm, proportion of granular coal of 30%, feed speed of 200 kg/h, kiln rotational speed of 3 r/min, volatilization temperature of 1 250 ℃, and air co- efficient of 1.1.
