摘要
以Ni包Al粉末和少量Y2O3粉末为原料,在20钢基体表面激光熔覆Ni-Al金属间化合物,获得了质量良好的熔覆层。运用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜分析了熔覆层的组织结构,利用能谱仪、X-ray衍射仪分析了熔覆层的成分与相结构,研究了热处理对其组织、性能和有序化的影响。结果表明:熔覆层主要由Ni3Al,γ-(Fe,Al),NiAl,AlNiY和Al2Y等相组成,热处理后,Ni3Al相由无序化转变成有序化,并且NiAl相的有序化得以保留。
Taking Ni+A1 powder and a small amount of Y2O3 powder as raw material, on the 20 steel surface the Ni-A1 intermetallic compound was eladded by laser. The cladding layer with good quality was obtained. Using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope the microstrueture of the cladding coating was analyzed. Using energy dispersive spectrometer, X- ray diffraction the composition and structure of cladding layer were analyzed. The effect of the heat treatment on the mierostruc- ture, properties and ordering was studied. The results show that the main phases of the cladding layer are Ni3A1,γ-(Fe,A1) , NiA1, A1NiY and A12Y. After heat treatment Ni3A1 phase is changed into ordering from disordering, while the NiA1 phase orde- ring is to be retained.
