摘要
通过正交试验考察了投配率、水力停留时间(HRT)、污泥龄(SRT)对投料氧化沟系统除磷兼顾脱氮效果的影响。通过对TP、TN去除率的极差和方差分析得到,投配率和HRT对系统除磷、脱氮均有显著性影响;SRT对脱氮有显著性影响,而对除磷影响较小。选取系统的最优运行工况为投配率30%,HRT为厌氧2 h、缺氧2.2 h、好氧7.8 h,SRT=25 d,此时出水中ρ(TN)≤15.72 mg/L,ρ(TP)≤0.82 mg/L,均达到了理想的去除效果。
The influence of the adding ratio of carrier 、hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) on removal of phosphorus and nitrogen in a compound biofilm-oxidation ditch process were investigated. The orthogonal experiment was carried out and TP and TN removal efficiency were analyzed based on the analysis of range and variance values. The results showed that the adding ratio of carrier and HRT had significant influence on the removal of phosphorus and nitrogen, whereas SRT had significant influence on nitrogen removal. The optimal operation was achieved at the carrier adding ratio of 30%, anaerobic time of 2 h,anoxidic time of 2.2 h, oxidic time of 7.8 h and SRT of 25 d, respectively. The compound biofilm-oxidation ditch process removed the nitrogen and phosphorus effectively, where the effluent of p(TN) andp(TP) mantained less than 15.72 mg/L and 0.82 mg/L, respectively.
