摘要
随着Internet的应用日益广泛，Internet已成为资源共享越来越普遍而和重要的途径。为了提高本地存取速度，在地理上分布客户／服务器模式是非常必要的，这就需要把文件经Internet从一个节点复制到其它节点。该文叙述了在Internet上建立目录自动复制的系统模型和技术实现，它能自动地将复制目录下发生变化的文件经Internet复制到其它节点。最后介绍一个在Internet上的目录复制服务的具体实例。
The growth in access to the Intemet has made it an increasingly conunon and importan way of distributing various resources. To impnive local access speeds,it is necessary to geographically distribute client/server pattern. There fore files need to be mirrored,i.e. replicated at regional sites throughout the world via Internet. This paper introduces our work of the modeling and implementation of directory replication on Intemet. It can monitor and replicate changed files in a directory hased on the activity at the primary data site and forward these files to replicated sites. Finally,we present an example of this directory replication.
