摘要 通过建立某航空发动机静子机匣安装边螺栓联接结构优化设计的数学模型,借助于Matlab软件,基于惩罚函数法,对该模型进行结构优化,以获取最优几何参数。计算结果表明,优化几何参数后安装边螺栓联接结构的重量降低了16.6%。利用APDL语言对优化前、后的螺栓联接结构进行应力场分析,验证了优化设计结果的可行性,为机匣安装边结构设计和发动机减重提供可靠的参考依据。 The structure tablished. Based on SUMT, optimization design modal of the bolted joint for an Aero-engine Stator Casing was es- the modal calculation was carried out to obtain the optimized geometrical parameters of the bolt-flange structure with the aid of the Matlab software. The results showed that the mass of the optimized bolt- flange structure was lower 16. 6% than of the original one. The stress of the bolted joint for optimized one or the original one ware numerically simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS Parameter Design Language, to verify the feasibility of the optimal design result, which can offer reliable reference to the structure design and the weight re- duction of Aero-engine Casing.
