摘要
研究添加藠头提取物对假单胞菌液体和固体生长动力学模型的影响。结果显示:在液态纯培养条件下,由于藠头提取物的添加,假单胞菌生长动力学模型中的延滞期数值从2.926降到-0.4665,最大比生长速率数值变为负值,从0.6237降到-0.1184;在冷鲜猪肉基质上,添加藠头提取物后其生长动力模型中的延滞期数值从4.342降到1.341,最大比生长速率数值从1.3247降到1.115。藠头提取物添加对两个模型中最大比生长速率数值的影响趋势是一致的。初步说明藠头提取物添加对液体模型中最大比生长速率数值的影响,在一定程度上可以推断其对固体基质上假单胞菌的生长的影响。
The effects ofAllium chinense on the liquid and solid growth kinetics model of Pseudomonas were studied in this paper. The results showed that in the growth kinetics model under liquid culture conditions, with the concentration ofAllium chinense increased, lag phase reduced from 2.926 to -0.4665 and maximum specific growth rate reduced from 0.6237to -0.1184. And on cold fresh pork, lag phase reduced from 4.342 to 1.341and maximum specific growth rate reduced from 1.3247 to 1.115 with the effect of allium chinense. The effect of Allium chinense to maximum specific growth rate between two models was consistent. It preliminary showed that, to a certain extent, the effect of Allium chinense to the growth of Pseudomonas under solid culture conditions could be inferred from the changes of maximum specific growth rate with Allium chinense in liquid model.
