摘要
蒸汽发生器是核电站的重要设备,水压试验是蒸汽发生器制造中的重要工序。本文主要依据RCC-MB5000标准要求对核电站蒸汽发生器水压试验的过程进行介绍,并从质量控制和监督验证的角度阐述了蒸汽发生器一次侧水压试验过程中监督验证时应当关注的问题及其应对措施。
The steam generator is important equipment for a nuclear power plant. And water pressure test is an important process in manufacturing steam generator. This paper introduces hydrostatic testing of nuclear power plants evaporator process based on the RCC-M B5000 standard. From the quality control and supervision perspectives, this paper discussed key problems and countermeasures on one side hydrostatic testing process of the steam generators.
