摘要
电力变压器是电网运行中质量安全风险特别大的重要设备。本文介绍了在大型电力变压器驻厂监理中如何识别关键控制点及过程监控中的常见问题。通过例举几个大型主变监理项目案例,重点阐述了大型电力变压器在铁芯装配、线圈套装、器身烘燥、出厂试验等关键过程实施现场监理的重要性,同时也论证了实施全过程监理对保障电力变压器产品质量和电网供电可靠性的重要意义。
The power transformer, with great risk of quality and safety is one of the most important equipment in grid, This paper introduces how to identify the key points in supervising the large transformer manufacturing projects. It illustrates with some cases of large transformer. Through the examples of several large projects, the paper emphasizes the significance of supervision for power transformer projects, especially in the process of core assemble, winding assemble, the body dryness, the final commissions and so on. It is proved that the whole-process supervision for large power transformers is essential, which ensures not only the quality of the equipment but also the supply reliability of the grid.
