斗轮驱动减速机行星架有限元分析及结构优化 被引量:2

摘要 利用SolidWorks Simulatin有限元分析软件对行星架进行有限元分析,得到了其应力云图和位移云图,分析结果表明原设计刚度不足,且连接梁与左、右侧壁连接处存在应力集中。通过增加中空连接梁壁厚并重新运行有限元分析,结果显示行星架刚度得到明显提高,且原应力集中部位的应力水平明显下降。可见,利用SolidWorks Simulatin有限元分析软件对行星架进行有限元分析,为大转矩行星架的合理设计和结构优化提供了可靠的数值依据。通过增加中空连接梁的壁厚,有效提高了行星架的整体刚度,对于提高整机的承载能力和传动性能亦有着重要作用。 Get the stress neprogram and displacement neprogram through making finite element analysis for planetary carrier based on SolidWorks Simulation,which shows that the severity of initial design is deficiency,at the same time the region of stress concentration appears between the articulated beam and left/right sidewall.By way of increasing the wall thickness of the hollow articulated beam and roll-back finite element analysis,the result shows that the severity is increased and the stress level of initial region of stress concentration comes dowm obviously.So finite element analysis for planetary carrier based on SolidWorks Simulation provides the credible numerical reference for rational design and structure optimization.It can increases the whole severity of planetary carrier by way of increasing the wall thickness of the hollow articulated beam,it can also increases the carrying capacity and transmission property of complete application
