摘要
目的:分析探讨血小板(PLT)新型参数[平均血小板内容物含量(MPM)、平均血小板内容物浓度(MPC)、大血小板(L-PLT)]的变化对心血管疾病临床诊断的价值意义。方法:对脉粥样硬化(AS)患者、PLT新型参数增高者以及正常健康者进行三酰甘油(TG)、血清缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、总胆固醇(CHO)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)以及PLT新型参数的测定分析。结果:通过对正常健康人测定,得出PLT新型参数参考区间为:MPM:1.85～3.25Pg,MPC:21.67～28.51,L-PLT:≤15×109/L;经测定AS患者的PLT新型参数值均高于正常对照组,有显著差异(P<0.001)。血清HDL-C、IMA又明显低于正常对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:以AS为基础的缺血性心血管疾病的辅助诊疗中,PLT新型参数MPM、MPC、L-PLT具有一定的临床价值。
Objective：Analysis of platelet（PLT） model parameters [mean platelet contents in（MPM）,average blood platelet contents of（MPC）,（L-PLT）concentration in platelets]changes in cardiovascular disease clinical diagnosis value.Methods：Methods of atherosclerosis（AS） patients,PLT model parameters increased and normal healthy subjects performed three triglycerides（TG）,serum ischemia-modified albumin（IMA）,total cholesterol（CHO）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,high sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP） and PLT model parameters determination and analysis.Results：The normal healthy people that PLT model parameter determination,reference interval：MPM：1.85～3.25Pg,MPC：21.67～28.51,L-PLT：≤15×109/L;by the determination of AS in patients with PLT model parameter values were higher than those in normal control group,with significant difference（P0.001）.Serum HDL-C,IMA were significantly lower than those in normal control group,with significant difference（P0.001）.Conclusion：On the basis of AS of ischemic cardiovascular diseases diagnosis,PLT model parameters MPM,MPC,L-PLT has some clinical value.
