摘要
目的:在B超引导下局部穿刺给予抗生素药物治疗颌面间隙感染,探讨其临床疗效。方法:选取颌面间隙感染122例,经B超引导下经皮穿刺给予甲硝唑、青霉素等药物冲洗治疗。结果:本组122例患者共痊愈100例,好转17例,有效率达95.91%(117/122),并发症发生率为3.28%(4/122)。结论:超声引导下穿刺治疗颌面间隙感染,给患者带来的痛苦和创伤小,效果确切,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective：To give antibiotic therapy for maxillofacial infections under B ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods：122 patients with maxillofacial space infections were under B ultrasound-guided percutaneous to given metronidazole,penicillin and other drugs for rinsing treatment.Results：122 patients in this group,100 patients recovered and 17 improved,the effective rate of 95.91%（117/122） and the complication rate was 3.28%（4/122）.Conclusion：The pain and trauma to patients of antibiotic therapy for maxillofacial infections under B ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture was light,the effect ws exact and worthy of clinical application.
