摘要
目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定呋喃妥因栓的有关物质。方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.0)-四氢呋喃(9:1)为流动相;流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为367nm。结果:此方法专属性较强。结论:此方法能够有效控制呋喃妥因栓的有关物质。
Objective:to establish a HPLC method for determination of the related substances of nitrofurantoin suppositories.Methods:using eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica as filler;in phosphate buffer(pH7.0)-tetrahydrofuran(9:1)as mobile phase;the flow rate was 1.0ml/min;the detection wavelength was 367nm.Results:this method can effectively control the stronger specificity,nitrofurantoin suppositories of related substances.
