摘要
以风电为代表的新能源近年在山东电网快速发展,为实现在保证大电网安全下新能源的有效消纳,研究相适应的调度运行模式、并开发新能源调度技术支持系统是必要和急迫的。首先从三个方面分析提出山东新能源调度运行模式:协调型计划编制及功率调整、精益化运行方式安排、全方位信息技术支撑;在此基础上,重点就技术支持系统架构、功能、技术特点进行分析。该系统基于D5000平台实现新能源监控、预测、管理功能于一体,具备完善、可行的有功和无功控制手段,多方式建模和在线优化技术提高了预测的适应性和精度,同时系统接入了涵盖每台风机的丰富信息,为运行监控提供了有力支撑;最后给出下一步工作建议,以期为相关研究建设工作提供参考。
Wind power developed fast in Shandong power grid in recent years. In order to integrate wind power effectively,it is necessary and urgent to research the compatible dispatching mode,and develop the new-energy technical supporting system. The dispatching mode for Shandong new-energy is proposed from three aspects: coordinate plan design and power adjust,lean operation mode arrangement,and comprehensive IT support. On the basis ,the architecture ,function and technical features for the technical supporting system are analyzed. New-energy monitoring,forecasting and operation management are integrated as a whole based on D5000 platform. It has feasible and perfect power control measures. Multi-way modeling and on-line optimization improve the suitability and accuracy. The wind turbine information is integrated,which provides strong support for operation monitoring. The next work is proposed in the end.
