摘要
目的:观察院内制剂桔白糖浆治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效。方法:将80例小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿随机分为2组,每组40例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上运用桔白糖浆治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率95.0%,经统计学分析,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);但在改善主要症状及体征上,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:桔白糖浆是治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的有效制剂,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ： To observe clinical curative effect of the hospital preparation Jubai Syrup in the treat- ment of pediatric pneumonia panting cough. Methods： 80 cases pediatric pneumonia cough patients were randomly and evenly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with routine treatment of western medicine. The treatment group, on the basis of routine western medicine treatment, adds Jubai Syrup. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.5%, the total effective rate of control group was 95.0%. The difference showed no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ） ; hut the improvement of main symptoms and signs as well as time of treatment group were superior to that of control group （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Juhai Syrup is effective for pediatric pneumo- nia panting cough, being worthy of clinical application.
