农用三轮车雨刮器曲柄切断模出料机构的改进设计

摘要 为了使农用三轮车雨刮曲柄零件在切断前能按展开料理论计算长度和修正长度进行自由调节并定位以及在切断后能自动出料,设计一种仅由螺母、螺杆和定位板组成的改进新型出料机构。该出料机构不仅克服了改进前出料机构不能自由调节定位长度的缺陷,而且还能使切断后的曲柄坯料自动出料,省力省时,操作安全。 In order to freely adjust and locate the agricultural tricycle windscreen wiper crank according to the spreading theory length and modified length before the crank was cut off and make the crank automatically discharged after the crank was cut off, one kind of new discharging mechanism only consist of screw nuts, screw stems and locating plates was designed. The new discharging mechanism not only solved the problem of unable to freely adjust the locating length, but also automatically discharged the cut off crank, saving time and energy while operation was reliable.
