摘要
上世纪90年代中期以来的官场小说创作取得了不俗的成绩并获得了评论界的认可,一定程度上揭示和批判了官场贪腐等严重的社会问题,起到了针砭时弊的作用;然而,在大众消费文化语境下,官场小说也暴露出游移暧昧的一面,其创作中的商业化倾向与媚俗的叙事手法、对"清官"形象的道德化书写与对"人治"现象的过度凸显等诸多局限性,则又在很大程度上制约乃至削弱了小说应有的内在思想意蕴和批判力度。因此官场小说的创作在价值取向方面仍需要进一步反思。
Official novels in the 1990s have been alive and very popular, and have attracted both the readers and critics＇ attention. To some extent, the novel does reveal criticism against official corruption and other serious problems. However, in the context of mass consumption culture, the official novels also expose its hesitation and ir- resolution. They have displayed many limitations such as the tread of commercialization, flattering narration, maral- izing the pure image of officials and transition to human governance rather than law. These limitations greatly weak- en the force of criticism. Hence, creation of official novels should make some reflection in terms of value- orieatation.
