摘要
针对运输费用、能源消耗、运输时间,运输能力、适应能力、方便程度、安全性等影响军事运输方式选择的主要因素,利用数据包络分析理论,通过实例计算出了各种运输方式的投入产出比并按其值大小进行绩效排序,进而选出最优运输方式,并对其它运输方式进行分析评价。
