由于丝绸行业所固有的环节众多、中间产品专用性强、风险大的特征 ,单纯的市场机制难以有效地发挥作用 ,而把各个环节垂直一体化又会增加管理成本和带来机会主义行为 ,所以两者都不适合于丝绸行业。相反 ,分包制具有一定的优势 ,它兼有市场机制和一体化制度安排的优点 ,是丝绸行业的一种重要的组织形态的创新。
Since silk industry features numerous processing links, highly specialized intermediates and heavy risks, the mere market mechanism can hardly play an effective role, while the vertical integration of all processing links will bring higher overheads and opportunist behaviours Therefore, neither is adaptable to the industry However, subcontract system involving certain advantages of both market mechanism and integrated arrangement becomes an important organization innovation for silk industry
