摘要
论述了 L yocell纤维制造和染整加工中可采用的防原纤化的化学方法——纤维素酶处理、碱处理或丝光、氧化剂处理、多官能团活性染料染色、多官能团交联剂处理 ,并就多官能团活性染料的化学结构与防原纤化的关系和交联剂的防原纤化作用进行了详细讨论。
To alleviate the fibrillation of Lyocell fibers in production and dyeing and finishing process, the following chemical methods can be adopted, such as cellulase treatment. alkali treatment or mercerization, oxide agent treatment, multifunctional dyestuff dyeing, multifunctional crosslinking agent treatment. The relationship between chemical structure of multifunctional reactive dyes and fibrillation resistance with crosslinking agent is studied in detail.
