摘要
某炼化企业于上世纪70年代建造的2台液化气球罐,投用3个月就发生开裂泄漏,经修复带缺陷运行,在服役30年后,因应力腐蚀开裂报废。本文结合硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂的机理和影响因素,对这两台液化气球罐的运行条件进行了深入分析,给出了液化气球罐运行安全控制建议。
Two sets of liquid gas tank were built and put into operation in 70s last century. But crack leakage was taken place 3 months later. After repiring two tanks were reused with defects. Finally two tanks ended running with 30 years sevice life scince BINHAI hydrogen sulphide stress cracking. It was analysed combining operation condition with the mechanics and factors of hydrogen sulphide stress cracking. The key was noted for liquid gas tank operation are listed in this paper.
