摘要
研究了猪杂油的精制工艺 ,并通过正交试验法得到了最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明 :劣质猪杂油经过适当的精制处理 ,可成为高品质食用油。
the refining technology of poor pork fat has been studied, and the best technical parameters have been obtained in this paper. The result shows: the quality of the poor park fat can be improved much by the correct refining processing.
