摘要
结合油脂精炼的特点 ,谈谈搅拌设备的设计经验。植物油与白土的搅拌混合用推进式搅拌器 (一般为三叶 )最合适。用直接计算法确定悬浮临界搅拌转速为 314r/min ,轴功率为 156W ;实际设计转速 315r/min ,轴功率 2 2kW。采用斜插管出料结构。解决了调和罐常见的搅拌不充分、易堵塞的问题。
This paper diseussed design experience about agitator equipment according to oil refining special feature.Propellant agitator (usually three paddles) is the most fittest for vegetable oil mixing with bleaching earth.Critical suspending rotation speed for mixing is 314 r/min,and axle power is 156W with direct count method;In fact, design turn speed is 315 r/min, axle power is 2.2 kW.Discharge structure is made with insertion tube at an angle、Process problems,such as stiring of mix tank is not ample frequently and discharge way is choked easily,will be solved.
