摘要
姜精油、姜油树脂是运用现代加工技术提取生姜得到的两种深加工产品。本文综合介绍了这两种产品的概念、特性。
Ginger essential oil and ginger oleoresins are two deep processing products of ginger by modern processing technology.Their definitions,characters and advantages,development and applications,research progress and utilization were summarized respectively in this paper.
