介绍了第二代DVB交互卫星系统标准(DVB-RCS2)的新特性,与第一版不同的是,该版本不仅定义了系统的低层协议(物理层和链路层),还定义了高层协议(网络层、传输层和应用层),包括网络功能的管理和控制能力。完整地定义了一个从主站到终端的全IP星状卫星网络的卫星接口和用户接口协议栈。
This paper introduces the new features of second generation DVB interactive satellite system （DVB-RCS2）. Different to the first generation, this generation not only defines the lower layers （physical layer, data link layer）, but also the higher layers（network layer, transport layer, application layer） with network functionality, management, controlling abilities. The complete protocol stack of satellite＇s and user＇s interface is defined from the hub to the terminals.
