摘要
目的:探讨当归芍药散治疗病证的规律。方法:收集338例使用当归芍药散治疗的医案,分析患者症状、性别、舌脉及中西医诊断。结果:归纳出当归芍药散证的易发人群、临床证候特征及涉及的常见疾病。结论:当归芍药散发病对象多为中青年女性,临床证候特征以脾、肝症状为主,常用于妇科病的治疗。
Objective：To explore the law of diseases and syndromes treated by Danggui Shaoyao San. Methods：The symptoms, gender, tongue and pulse conditions and diagnoses of Chinese and Western medicine in 338 medical cases which adopted Danggui Shaoyao San were statistically analysed. Results：The susceptible people, clinical syndrome characteristics and involved common diseases for Danggui Shaoyao San were summarized. Conclusion：The susceptible people of Danggui Shaoyao San are mostly young and middle-aged women and the clinical syndromes are mainly characterized by symptoms of the spleen and liver, so it is commonly used in the treatment of gynecological diseases.
