摘要
针对组合式螺杆膨胀机加料螺套变形、开裂失效现象,从线性热膨胀系数计算变形量及轴向受力分析原因,指出螺套与主轴热膨胀变形量因材质组分不同而不同及加料螺套抵抗变形薄弱点,并提出了相应改进措施.
Aiming at the phenomenon of combined screw expander feeding screw sleeve cracking, from coefficient of linear thermal expansion calculation of deformation, and analysis of reason of axial force is taken. Because the screw sleeve and the spindle material components, both two thermal expansion deformations are also different, Feeding screw sleeve and resistance to deformation of weak point, and put forward the improvement measures.
