摘要
通过对大断面锚杆、锚索、锚网、钢带联合支护机理进行简要论述,对大断面矩形巷道围岩破坏机理及支护关键进行分析。通过对布尔台煤矿二盘区主运大巷延伸巷大断面矩形半煤岩巷道采用该支护技术施工,现场巷道顶、底、两帮变形量小,达到了理想的支护效果,证明了该支护方法在大断面矩形巷道的施工工程中,具有施工简单、快速、经济、安全、可靠的特点,值得在高产高效矿井中进行推广。
This paper discussed the mechanism of bolt-mesh-cable combined supporting technology in large section roadway,and analyzed the mechanism of deformation-failure of surrounding rock of big and rectangular section entry and the key of its support.We put this technology into practice in large-rectangular section and half-coal roadway in haulage roadway of No.2 mining block in Buertai Mine,the deformation of the roof-floor and two sides roadway is small on the spot,which shows it's ideal supporting effects,and this proves the method is simple,rapid,economical,safe,reliable when used in large-rectangular section roadway,and the technology is worth of spreading in high-production and high-effect mines.
