摘要
为探索兴凯湖松半同胞家系的生长动态规律,以迁地保存林为对象,通过连续4年的观测,比较分析了树高和年生长量2个数量性状的遗传变异。并根据方差分析的结果,估算出家系遗传力、遗传增益和遗传变异系数等遗传参数,在此基础上对入选家系进行综合评价。结果表明:在苗木培育期,兴凯湖松半同胞家系的生长节律与樟子松基本趋于一致,且群体内立地类型间苗高性状存在丰富的变异,变异幅度为30.35%～35.15%。子代测定林的树高和年生长量在鸡西群体内立地类型间差异极显著,变异主要源自基因型间的差异,家系遗传力(0.390 0、0.308 6)中等,选择增益(5.19%、5.69%)较大;在早期选择评价时,以生长量为目的性状,经遗传增益估算和选择评价,确定JX06、JX14和JX01为高寒地区引种栽培的适宜品种,且品种内家系间的数量性状变异较小,生长稳定,具广泛推广应用的价值。
In order to probe the dynamic growth rhythm of half-sibs family of Pinus takahasii Nakai,eight-year-old ex-situ conservation forest was used as material in this paper.Through four years continuous measuring,genetic variation of two quantitative characters,height and annual growth increment were selected for analysing.And their heritability,genetic gain and genetic variation were estimated.The results showed that there were abundant variations in height character between forest site types and within populations,and the coefficient of variation was from 30.35% to 35.15%,and its growth rhythm was similar to Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica.However,significant differences consisted in two quantitative characters between forest site types and within Jixi population.The heritability of its height and annual growth increments were 0.390 0 and 0.308 6 respectively.Its genetic gain were 5.19% and 5.69%.It was found that three families of JX06,JX14 and JX01 grew well and the growth characters varied slightly with families which remained stable,and possess extensive generalization and utilization value.
