摘要
针对目前国内混合动力汽车传动系统的局限性,提出了结合行星机构的动力耦合功能和无级变速器的连续速比调节特性的新型混合动力汽车传动系统方案,运用模拟杠杆法确定了4种结构紧凑、能满足混合动力汽车多种工作模式需要的新型传动系统。分析了新型传动系统在汽车各种行驶工况下的多种工作模式及其动力传递路线和在各工作模式下的耦合特性,为整车控制策略的制定和传动系统的参数匹配与仿真奠定基础。与丰田THS、通用TWO-MODE系统进行对比分析的结果表明,新型传动系统具有结构简单、控制方便和传动效率高等优点。
In view of the limitations of the transmission systems of domestic hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),a scheme of new transmission system of HEV,combining the power coupling function of planetary mechanism and the continuous ratio regulating characteristics of continuously variable transmission is proposed.Four new transmission systems,that are compact and can meet the requirements of a variety of operation modes of HEV,are defined by using the method of lever analogy.Multiple operation modes and their power transmission paths and the coupling characteristics in different modes of the new transmission system under different driving conditions of vehicle are analyzed,laying the foundation for the formulation of vehicle control strategy and the parameter matching and simulation of the transmission system.The results of comparison of new transmission system with Toyota's THS and GM's TWO-MODE system show that the new transmission system has the advantages of being simple in structure,easy to control and high in transmission efficiency.
