摘要
本研究对种植义齿颈部的细菌附着和生长进行分析生物学研究。方法 :对20例口腔种植义齿牙颈部细菌生长及附着进行了细菌学研究。结果 :在口腔生态环境中种植义齿与天然牙牙颈部主要存在18种优势菌 ,两者无显著差异 (P>0.05),其中需氧菌为草绿链球菌等7种,厌氧菌为产黑色类杆菌等11种。结论 :采用钛金属种植体和理化性质相对稳定 ,修复体表面光洁度较高的烤瓷作为种植体的桥体或冠 ,可以减少种植义齿牙面菌斑生成。从而保持牙周组织健康 ,提高种植义齿的修复成功率。
Objective: This study was designed to reserch in microphytology of bacterium adhesion and growth on neck of implant prosthesis. Methods: twenty patients were sampled and cultured. Result: contract the flora in nature teeth neck of oral and implant prosthesis neck, the dominant flora had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: titanium implant were stable and ceramics glossy on surface. There were few bacterial plaque adhesion on. It was beneficial for periodontal health and high successful rate of implant prosthesis.
