颅内动静脉畸形出血的自然史与发生机制 被引量:7

摘要 颅内动静脉畸形(arteriovenous malformation,AVM)是导致青少年自发性脑出血的最主要原因之一,也是青少年致残、致死的最主要脑血管病之一[1]。出血性AVM的预后最差,病死率最高,部分患者可能出现植物生存、肢体活动障碍、语言障碍等严重的后遗症。但是,目前AVM的发生和出血机制尚未完全明确‘。圳。目前研究认为,AVM的出血与多种因素相关,可能与其自然发展史、血管构筑和血管生成相关‘。。’。为此我们从AVM出血的自然史及其出血的生物机制进行综述。
