摘要
目的:了解烧伤患者出院后的综合健康状况与烧伤程度的关系。方法 :以ABSH量表评定67例社会期患者。结果 :大、中面积与小面积烧伤组各评定指标间存在显著或非常显著的差异 ;大、中面积烧伤组间生理状态有显著差异 ;头面手部位烧伤与非头面手部位烧伤两组间除生理状态外 ,余指标间有明显差异。结论 :烧伤患者社会期综合健康状况与烧伤程度密切相关 ,头面手等特殊部位的烧伤可使患者情绪和社会适应能力低下 ,从而降低综合健康水平。
Objective:We try to evaluate relationship of general health and injury severity in burn patients post hospitalization.Methods:67 cases were studied with ABSH scale.Results:It is obviously different between the group with largemid burn areas and the one with small burn areas.Physical study in the group with large areas and in the mid burn areas group shows significantly different.The group with head、face、hands burn is quite different from the group with nonhead,face,hands except for physical state.Conclusion :There is close relationship of general health and injury severity in burn patients who return to society after injury.Burn with special areas such as head,face,hands may lower patients'spirits and social adoptive ability,which would be harmful to general health.
