摘要
文章通过分析百色生态型铝产业示范基地建设所需要的土地和矿产资源保障条件,从日常国土规划管理工作的角度出发,提出了创新国土规划管理促进百色生态型铝产业快速发展的相关建议。
Analysis the construction needs of security conditions on land and mineral resources about the ecotype aluminum industry demonstration bases in BaiSe. From the perspective of daily work on land resources planning and management, innovation of land planning and management recommendations are presented to promote the rapid development of ecotype aluminum industry in BaiSe.
