摘要
以果品蔬菜加工二工艺学教学数据库为例,探讨建设基于网络平台,能有效提高专业课教学质量的数据库。数据库可集成本课程多年的教学经验、成果,收录教师资料、图书资料目录、论文全文、课程视频、生产工艺、知名企业等内容,可促进教师、师生间的交流,为农业高校专业课教学、学习和实践提供信息参考。
Taking fruit and vegetable processing technology teaching database as an example, to explore building a database web-based platform, which can effectively improve the quality of teaching of specialized courses. The database can integrate teaching experience and achievements of this course, including teacher data, information and library catalog, the full paper, the course video, production technology, and well-known enterprises. It can promote the exchange of teachers, between teachers and students, and provide information reference for teaching, learning and practice in agricultural college specialty.
