摘要
选择 40例 RAU患者与 50例正常对照 ,应用锌、铁制剂辅助小剂量雷公藤多甙、丹参治疗 ,探讨治疗前后患者血清 SOD、MDA及血清元素的改变。结果显示 SOD,MDA的改变 ,实验组与对照组有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,治疗前后对比又有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而血清Zn、Cu/Zn、Fe、Mn治疗前后有明显差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。并与 SOD、MDA的治疗前、后改变有明显相关性 ( P<0 .0 1 )
patients with RAU in an observed group received low dose of Glycosides in Tripterygium wilfordii,Fufan Danshen pian and Zn,Fe preparation and then were observed on changes of SOD,MDA,Zn,Fe,Cu/Zn,Mn in serum before and after the treatment.The results showed that the changes of SOD,Zn,Fe were distinctly lower,MDA,Cu/Zn were distinctly higher in the observed group than in the control one (P<0.01).But they had great differences before and after the treatment (P<0.01).The changes of SOD,MDA had correlated with Zn,Fe,Cu/Zn before and after the treatment.(P<0 01).
