摘要
医学院校多为专科院校,人文素质教育氛围不浓厚、课时不足、课程设置不合理以及师资配备不够,本文从教学环境、教学内容、教学方法和师资提升等方面进行了人文素质教育融入外科学实践教学过程中的实践与探索,取得了良好效果,提高了医学生人文素质内涵。
Dominated with medicine-related subjects,medical universities and colleges were still weak in the humanistic quality of education due to its comparatively less cultural atmosphere,insufficient class hour and teachers,and unreasonable class schedule.This article made practical analysis in teaching environment,content,method and teachers of humanity education in surgical education,and the research showed that the humanistic quality of medical students was improved.
