摘要
目的 :观察恒河猴骨不同部位不脱钙骨制片的骨组织学。方法 :采用健康成年雄性恒河猴 ,进行骨荧光双标记后取材 ,对桡骨远端、中段和跟骨、肋骨及腰椎行不脱钙骨包埋 ,分别行切片、磨片及染色和观察。结果 :不脱钙骨片显示了多部位松质骨小梁结构、类骨质、骨细胞系、粘合线及双荧光标记 ,皮质骨骨单位、间骨板和环骨板、佛克曼管和哈佛氏管及内外膜面的荧光标记、类骨质、皮质骨内小孔。结论
Objective:[WT5”BZ]To make histomorphological study of Rhesus monkey bones with undecalcified bone sections.[WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]A male Rhesus monkey,12 years of age was given a bone fluorochrome label before sacrifice.Distal and shift of radius,calcaneus,iliac piece.ribs and lumbar spine in undecalcified sections of 4 10 μ m thickness or ground section of 25 μ m were processed for histomorphological study.Sections of 4 μ m thickness were stained with AgNO 3,Goldner and Toluidne blue.[WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]Tisssues,cells,and fluorochrome label in the skeleton of the different parts of the monkey were exhibited.Conclusion:Observed items were a supplement to the histomorphology of normal bones of the Rhesus Monkey model.
