摘要
笔者按照时间顺序总结我国体育法学的发展过程,以阶段性的成果展示体育法学的研究现状。根据体育法学的学科性质,论述了体育法学研究的理论基础。从研究对象出发,探讨了体育法学的学科归属,以及作为二级学科的发展之路,为更好地促进我国体育法学的发展,做出理论方面的指导。
According to the time order,the development process of sport law is summarized,and the results of the stage show the current research situation of the sport law.According to the discipline nature of the sport law,the theoretical basis of the sport law research is discussed.Starting from the research object,the subject property of sport law,and the development way as the secondary discipline are discussed,which makes guidance of theoretical aspects to promote the development of sport law.
