摘要
为探讨ICU护士与普通内科护士心理健康状况的异同,应用临床症状自评量表SCL-90,对二者进行问卷调查和对比分析,结果显示ICU护士的总均分、阳性症状数、躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感、强迫等主要因子得分均显著高于普通内科护士,提示ICU护士应进一步加强精神保健。
The objective of this study is to define the differences between ICU nurses and internal medicine nurses in mental health. 18 ICU nurses were compared with 28 internal medicine nurses by using the Symptom Checklist 90 questionnaire. The results showed that, the Total Score and the Somatization, Obsessive-compasive, Interpersonal Sensitivity and Anxiety Factor Scores of ICU nurses are higher than that of internal medicine nurses. The author suggested the possible reasons of these phenomena.
