摘要
1980年以来收治闭合性胸外伤患者5000余例，其中合并右主支气管断裂9例，左主支气管断裂3例，早期多被误诊为肋骨骨折肺挫裂伤并血气胸，后经剖胸探查发现主支气管不全或完全断裂，经修补及吻合支气管治愈出院，现报告分析如下。
