摘要
目的:对盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病效果进行分析研究。方法:收治呼吸系统疾病患儿86例,分成A、B两组,A组53名患者为治疗组,行盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗;B组33名患者为对照组,行布地奈德药物治疗。结果:经治疗,A组咳嗽、喘息等症状改善优于B组,呼吸系统功能恢复效果高于B组,治疗有效率相对于B组较好,不良反应发生率低于B组。结论:盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病效果较好,有效率较高。
Objective：Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection treatment of pediatric respiratory disease effect were analyzed.Methods：Random selection in our hospital in February 2010 to February 2012,86 pediatric respiratory disease in children,divided into two groups（A,B） A group of 53 patients for the treatment group,the line of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment;B 33The patients in the control group,OK budesonide medication.Results：Improved than group B patients were treated,coughing,wheezing and other symptoms of the A-group of patients,respiratory functional recovery than in group B,treatment efficiency relative better for group B,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in B group.Conclusion：Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of pediatric respiratory disease better,more efficient.
