摘要
高校的就业工作关系到广大毕业生的切身利益,也是衡量高校办学水平的重要指标,尤其对独立学院来说更是如此。本文从独立学院的发展现状入手,对独立学院就业工作中存在的问题进行了剖析,对独立学院就业工作的策略进行了探讨。
College employment work is related to the graduates＇ vital interests, but also to measure college level, especially for the independent college is more so.
