摘要
教学管理作为高校的一项重要工作,直接影响到学校的教学质量,需要学校领导的高度重视,教务部门的精心组织,学校各职能部门的通力配合。本文从分析教学管理的"合力"入手,探讨了做好教学管理工作的相应方法和举措。
Teaching management as an important work of the college, the direct impact on the quality of teaching in schools, school leaders attach great importance to the careful organization of academic departments, effort with school departments. ＂Force＂ from the analysis of teaching management, this paper discusses the corresponding method of doing a good job in teaching management and initiatives.
