摘要
通过分析高校教务管理体系的现状和存在的问题,在阐述大学教学管理体系及其配置架构设计思想的基础上,将系(教研室)建设成为一个学术管理基本单元,并结合河南理工大学的研究与具体实践,提出了高校分级教学管理体系的组织设计思路与实现途径。
