摘要
当前,高校毕业生就业形势依然严峻,就业压力大,就业竞争激烈的现象普遍存在,分析探讨这一现象的症结所在,提出有效缓解就业压力的对策,对实现高校毕业生充分就业、提高就业质量,缓解社会整体就业压力等具有重要的现实意义。
Currently, the employment situation of college stu- dents is still severe. This paper analyzes its course and propos- es effective countermeasures to solve it. The countermeasures will be of great real significance to the improvement of college graduates＇ employment.
