摘要
闭环矢量控制方式主要用于高精度的速度控制、转矩控制、简单伺服控制等对控制性能要求严格的使用场合。本项目通过对轧机上下辊电机的速度控制和转矩控制来实现对铝板的高精度轧制,并能实现系统的稳定性和可靠性。
The closed-loop vector control mode is mainly used for highprecision speed control, torque control, simple servo control and other scenes where the strict control performance requirements are required. This project adopts the speed control and torque control to achieve the high-precision for the aluminum plate with the bottom and top roller. The stability and reliability of the system is achieved.
