摘要
在基础饲料中分别添加16mg/g(饲料1)、20mg/g(饲料2)、24mg/g(饲料3)的预混料制成3种实验饲料,以市售进口饲料EP4为对照饲料,检测不同饲料对大菱鲆生长性能的影响.每种饲料投喂3池大菱鲆,每池100尾大菱鲆幼鱼.30d的养殖实验结果表明:不同处理组之间与对照组在摄食率、增重、特定生长率上差异不显著,实验设计的饲料生长性能达到了市售优质进口饲料的水平.饲料2组的饵料系数低于饲料1和饲料3组,蛋白质效率高于饲料1和饲料3组,但差异不显著.说明在实验设计范围内不同预混料添加水平未对大菱鲆摄食生长产生显著影响,大菱鲆对维生素和微量矿质元素可能有一个较宽的需求水平,20mg/g的预混料添加量在生产上是适宜的.
A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the different diets on the feeding and growth of turbot（Scophthalmus maximus）.Three experimental diets included the same copmpositions except the levels of premix,diet1 16mg / g,diet2 20mg / g,diet3 24mg / g.The control diet was high quality imported feed EP4.Each diet was randomly assigned to 3samples of 100fish per aquarium（initial weight（51.00± 1.07） g）.Fish were maintained at water temperature ranging from 13.0to 14.0℃,water salinity ranging from 25～28mg / g.Fish were fed twice daily for 30days.There is no significantly different on feeding rate,weight gain and specific growth rate among the different diets.The growth performance of experimental diets has reached the level of high quality imported feed.The feed conversion of D2is lower than D1and D3,the protein efficiency of D2is higher than D1and D3,but there are no significantly different.The results indicate the wide range of the turbot on premix.The 20mg / g levels of premix is appropriate to experimental feed of the turbot.
