复合中药固定贴板治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效的观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究复合中药固定贴板治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:2008年6月至2010年6月,我院共收治60例多发肋骨骨折患者,随机分成二组,每组为30例,实验组进行复合中药固定贴板固定,对照组进行单纯胸带固定。用VAS评分记录6h、24h、48h、72h、168h疼痛状况,4周、8周、12周进行X线摄片观察骨痂形成情况。结果:复合中药贴板固定肋骨骨折能减轻疼痛、改善呼吸、促进骨痂愈合,其效果明显优与对照组。结论:复合中药固定贴板治疗肋骨骨折减轻骨折疼痛、促进骨折愈合,可用来治疗肋骨骨折。 Objective:To evaluate treatment of rib fracture with Compound rib paste plate with Chinese medicine.Methods: From June 2008 to June 2010,60 consecutive patients of flail chest were divided into two groups at random.30 patients in experimental group were treated with herbal compound rib,including fixed stick board.The other 30 cases in control group were treated with pure chest fixed only.VAS at 6h、24h、48h、72h、168h,pain,and X-ray radiography at4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks were observed to evaluate the pain and bone healing in the two groups.Results:Patients in the experimental group obtained less pain,and promote breathing and bone healing faster than in control group.Conclusion: TCM compound rib paste plate fixation fractured ribs treatment can relieve pain,improve breath and improve bone healing that is safe、effective and feasible.
