摘要
目的:通过术后运用肠内营养支持,观察对胃肠道运动影响。方法:选取我院2011年1月-12月胃肠手术患者108例,随机分为肠内组和肠外组,各54例。肠内组给予肠内营养支持,肠外组给予静脉营养支持。结果:术前术后两种患者体重对比术前、术后7d,差异不大,P>0.05,术后14d、28d差异明显,P<0.05,两组患者术后1d肝功能各指标无明显差异,术后10d,EN组各检查指标明显降低,差异明显,P<0.05,血清TBIL、血清DBIL明显低于肠外组。结论:对于危重患者或是各种手术患者,早期予以肠内营养支持治疗,可以有效预防肠道内菌群失调、移位或是并发症出现,也可以有效促进胃肠蠕动,更好的吸收营养,促进机体恢复。
Objective：Through the enteral nutrition support after the operation,to observes its’ influence to the gastrointestinal tract movement.Methods：Select gastrointestinal surgery patients 108 cases of our hospital from January 2011 to December,they were randomly divided into intestinal group and parenteral group,both of 54 cases.Intestines were given enteral nutrition support,parenterals were given vein nutrition support.Results： contrast the weigh of the two groups before and after operation.7d,the difference is not significant,P 0.05,the 14d,28d differences are significant,P 0.05,the liver function of each index of two groups is no obvious difference after 1d of the operation,after 10 days,EN group of aii check indexes are reduced and the differences are significant,P 0.05,serum TBIL,serum DBIL obviously lower than the parenteral group.Conclusion： For the critical patients or all kinds of surgery patients,early enteral nutrition support treatment,can effectively prevent intestinal flora disorders,and shift or complications,also can effectively promote gastric peristalsis,better absorb nutrition,promote the body to recover.
