摘要
目的:探讨心痛方对心肌缺血大鼠心肌梗死面积的影响及黏附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1表达的干预作用。方法:80只SD大鼠,随机分成假手术组、模型组、心痛方组、欣康对照组,采用结扎法制备心肌缺血模型,NBT染色法测定心肌梗死面积,免疫组化法检测黏附分子在缺血心肌的表达。结果:心痛方和欣康均能缩小心肌梗死面积,心痛方呈现出优于欣康的趋势。与假手术组相比,心痛方组、欣康组、模型组缺血心肌ICAM-1、VCAM-1表达的AOD均明显增高(P<0.01);与模型组相比,心痛方组、欣康组ICAM-1、VCAM-1表达的AOD均明显降低(P<0.01);心痛方与欣康在抑制ICAM-1表达方面作用相近,在抑制VCAM-1表达上较欣康略显优势。结论:心痛方能缩小大鼠心肌梗死面积,抑制缺血心肌ICAM-1、VCAM-1的表达。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of xintong prescription on myocardial infarction area and adhesion molecules expression in myocardial ischemia rats.Methods:80 rats were divided into four groups,sham operation,model,xinkang and xintong prescription groups,the models with myocardial ischemia were built by ligation method,each group was given the saline or corresponding medicine for 7 days,myocardial infarction area was measured by NBT stainning,adhesion molecules ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression in ischemic myocardium of rats was determined by immunohistochemistry method.Results:To compare with model group,the myocardial infarction area of rats in xintong prescription group and positive group(xinkang) was obviously reduced.To compare with sham operation group,the ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression in ischemic myocardium of rats increased significantly,those were decreased obviously in xintong prescription and xinkang groups,there was no significant difference between xintong prescription and xinkang groups.Conclusion:Xintong prescription can lessen myocardial infarction area,inhibit ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression in ischemic myocardium.
